Services include: third-party business valuations, consulting, brokerage and investment banking. Our corporate psychologist and executive coach assists with human issues. He is frequently retained to help owners and their spouses come to grips with stepping out of their business and into retirement. Our single and multi-client (Wolf Pack™) searches locate businesses for our clients to buy. We find and engage companies that match our clients’ needs without regard to whether they are formally listed for sale. The buyers we serve include individual entrepreneurs, corporate acquirers and private equity groups.

A truly unique specialty is our Credentialing® process for first-time buyers. It helps affirm, educate and empower these prospective entrepreneurs. The typical candidate is a corporate executive with a strong desire and means to own their own business.
