This program allows them to gain access to the information, tools and professionals that will assist them in becoming a more capable and successful business buyer and owner. Most individual business buyers have never bought a business. Our experience is that the knowledge gap buyers experience can prevent them from making well informed decisions with confidence. These crucial decisions will affect their probabilities of success for years to come. A poorly executed business acquisition can be a terminal mistake.
The Credentialing® program consists of four parts:

An online psychological assessment using a validated instrument in order to determine personality traits and thinking style with a comparison to a known entrepreneurial profile -
Six hours of online training with complimentary attendance at the next scheduled live session of the ‘How to Buy a Business Seminar’

A two hour, one-on-one session with a senior broker to:

‣Discuss potential fit as an entrepreneur and suggest a range of potential acquisition targets well suited to the particular candidate

Once we have received your payment, a member of our staff will contact you to initiate access to the online psych assessment which is administered by an outside firm. The test takes approximately 75-90 minutes and can be taken anytime. We receive the results electronically upon completion. Once we have your assessment results, financial disclosure form and resume, a member of our staff will again contact you to schedule your Credentialing® session at our Chicago Board of Trade office.
